Trakl, Friedrich (Brother)
(2/27/1890 – 11/13/1957, Salzburg)
Known as Fritz, was born in Salzburg, the fifth child of Tobias and Maria. He probably shared a room with George until 1893, when the family moved into a larger dwelling at Waagplatz 3. He pursued a military career, rose to the rank of major in the Kaiser's Guards, and later moved to the reserves.
